What's On My Radar: Current Loves

While I know Coachella is all the talk this weekend, I'm probably one of the only "California girls" who isn't really into festivals.  I've attended in the past and I'm just not the type to spend a weekend in the sweltering heat.  That, or maybe I'm just getting old.  So while others are blogging about their festival styles, I'm showing you my picks for this month.  It's been crazy hot (like summer hot) here so I'm looking for sweet and summery pieces this time around.  Check them out!

I'm not going to even pretend like I'm not obsessed.  Mermaid printed flats with seashell cap toes?  I don't think I need to say anything more :)

I think this is the perfect dress for Easter and the oh so busy wedding season coming up.  I love how romantic the lace is but also how easily it can be dressed down for an everyday look.

I'm dying over this tote!  Unfortunately, it's back ordered at the moment but you best believe I'll be snagging this one up for the upcoming beach season.

If you don't already own a Charter School cardigan, you should!  I first tried one on last year when I modeled for Modcloth.  It's ridiculously comfortable, perfectly fitted, and comes in pretty much every color under the sun.  I love the pretty colors in the stripes on this particular cardigan.  The perfect print mixing piece!

Okay, so I'm not completely sold on the idea of wearing a romper but this one definitely has me considering it.  I love the print (obviously) and the cut is both pretty and perfect for breastfeeding.  Sometimes I purchase clothing that's dependent on how quickly I can get out of it to feed Bianca.  This romper seems perfect!

What's on your wishlist this month?

  1. Are those the shoes you bought? So adorable and totally you. That pink dress has me swooning. I don't know why I read these posts because we are so similar in our styles that I am always dying over everything you post.

Which reminds me, you did a post awhile ago with that stunning white/pink striped Nordstorm dress and last week, I saw it on a teenaged character in Melissa & Joey (whatever) and it was even more beautiful on. AKA I'm still thinking about it.

  2. That pink dress is so cute and would look lovely with the mermaid shoes. I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only SoCal native who doesn't enjoy Coachella lol. The heat is definitely the worst part about it. I would recommend Outside Lands in San Francisco if you ever want to give a festival a try again. It is pretty much the opposite of Coachella - cooler temperatures, lots of trees and shade, and half the crowd is sitting down on blankets instead of smashed up against each other.
