The Candy Cane jumpsuit is fully lined and made from a light cotton fabric. It features puff sleeves, a v-neckline, functional buttons down the front, wide leg ankle length pants with pockets and a back zippered closure. It also comes with a matching tie belt. I tend to wear between and XS and Small in Ivy City items and I am comfortably wearing the small in this jumpsuit. It's such a fun piece and comfortable enough for the holidays at Disneyland. November is always a happy month for me. I love the cooler weather, the excitement over the holidays and how my wardrobe *finally* gets to change. I love layering but I don't get many chances to actually use it! This Villain top from Disturbia is a great layering piece because it's super light and versatile. I wanted to show how I used it with lots of contrasting black items. This is basically my everyday fall/winter look!

The Villain blouse is what I lovingly refer to as a "puffy shirt" because it has a ruffled collar, crinkle-like texture and ties down the front. The sleeves are billowy and have elastic on the cuff so you can push them up if needed. I love how long and flowy it is, it truly looks great by itself or layered under pieces like this Lively Ghosts corset. I ordered a US8 so I could have lots of room and it definitely delivered. I also had to show off my new Dr. Martens x Wednesday loafers, they are my new favorite! I have that irrational fear where I want to buy a backup pair because I know they're a limited release. So far I'm not giving into that intrusive thought but I may just grab it in haste!

We're gearing up for the holidays and I feel more excited about it than I usually do. I think the idea of wearing cute outfits and spending lots of time at Disneyland is a helpful distraction from the state of the world right now. Whatever you gotta do to get that serotonin in, am I right?

The Eclair dress is made from a beautiful deep red tulle fabric and features a square neckline with ruffled sleeves, a tiered skirt with lots of layers and a back zippered closure. The sleeves on the adult version are elasticized so you can wear them on or off the shoulders. I'm wearing my usual size 4 and I feel like I could have sized down but not enough to actually make the exchange. Bianca is wearing the 11-12, which is a size above her normal size. While it's a little loose, I wanted to make sure we had room because this girl is growing like crazy! We both love these dresses so much and we can't wait to wear them for our holiday card shoot!
