Don't get me wrong, I love a great summery print. But there's something about the Pinup Girl Clothing Gothic Capsule Collection that has me drooling! This skirt has been sold out for many long months and I have been searching every corner of the internet for one. Thankfully, they decided to bring it back and I snagged one brand new. Unlike other Jenny skirts, this one is made of a thick, almost canvas like material. While I wore an underskirt in these pictures it wasn't actually necessary. This is absolutely my favorite skirt in life. It pleases my inner goth, haha!

Father's Day was such a wonderful day for us. We had the opportunity to spend time together as a threesome and that means more to me than anything. The ridiculous heat kept us from doing much outdoors, but we did enjoy some fun family activities. We also got a new satellite dish, which was probably the highlight of Kevin's day! Our next day off together isn't until the 4th of July. It's always kind of sad when I think about how few and far between these times are, but it makes me realize how we need to cherish them even more.

ReplyDeleteI've been really into more gothic looks, lately, especially makeup-wise. I'm loving a good dark lip and some dark eye makeup. Sometimes you just gotta go dramatic. I love this look. The skirt is fantastic, and the hat is amazing!
