A Happy Chance

This dress.  Can I just tell you how much I love it?  It's pink, has polka dots and ladybugs on it.  When I first got it from Bonne Chance Collections it was actually a wonderful surprise.  I love surprises, mostly because I'm a really hard person to catch off guard.  I feel like I should have been a detective or something because I notice everything.  It's a really annoying and at times an exhausting habit, but it's just one of those things I can't turn off.  So if I ever get the opportunity to divulge into the unknown (ummm Modcloth Stylish Surprises anyone?) I'm always one to participate.

Yesterday was my sister's 28th birthday.  We are very close in age and I love that I grew up with an instant friend.  We were inseparable as kids.  We had fun made up games, played with Barbies pretty much everyday, and although we had bunk beds we slept in the bottom bunk together (hey, after a major earthquake that top bunk was scary!).   As we grew up we both changed a lot.  Our identities became defined and over the years we've really come to respect our differences.  She travels the world for a living so we don't see each other as much as we would like, but we always keep in touch.  If I ever need a juice recipe, a good workout routine, or someone to vent to she's always there.  And I love being her shopping partner.  She hates going shopping, see how different we are?  Anyway, I love her and I couldn't imagine my life without her!
