Mad About Fans

These last few days have been kind of dreary which means I've been dressing more on the casual side.  My fascination with separates is still going strong and this outfit obviously reflects that (are you sick of skirts yet?).  I usually wear an underskirt or petticoat with all my skirts but this pleated number does just fine on its own.  It had actually been on my wishlist for about two years but I was lucky enough to snag it on Zulily a few weeks ago.  You can imagine how excited I was to get it for a steal!

I love this striped crop top but it hasn't really held up over the few times I've washed it.  It's such a shame because I love to pair it with pretty much everything.  I'm thinking about buying a backup when this one becomes too pilled to wear again.  Unless you have suggestions for something similar?  I'm open to hearing them!

Saturday is the Mary Blair event at the Pinup Girl Boutique in Burbank.  If you're in or around the LA area you won't want to miss this one!  The entire Mary Blair collection will be available for purchase (even those most wanted prints that are sold out online) and there will be lots of free champagne and desserts.  I'm really excited to work the event and meet my fellow Mary Blair fans!
