On The Bound

I got this gorgeous dress last year for Christmas.  Every year I make a Modcloth wish list for my boyfriend to shop from.  And of course, every year he gets me goodies from my list.  Bless his generous heart, he always makes me feel special during the holidays/my birthday.  I love him :)

Dress- Modcloth
Shoes- Chinese Laundry
Necklace- Gift
Accessories- Forever 21

Last week I decided to go gluten free.  I've been paying attention to what I eat (Hawaii is in 2 weeks!) and I realize I feel so much better when I stay away from it.  This past Saturday I splurged during a romantic dinner with some bread and I felt terrible the next day.  I've always suspected that I had an allergy to gluten (thanks to my nutritionist sister) and now I know for sure.  So goodbye bread!  I love you but you have hurt me too many times!

Just letting you all know that I'm giving away free ad space on my blog!  Just enter the giveaway with Sharon over at The Tiny Heart for a chance to win my ad space, Sharon's, and Tori's over at My Thrifty Chic.  Good luck!

xoxo

Ashley

  15. So glad to have found your blog through the swap, you are adorable! This dress is amazing, a modcloth wishlist always sounds like a good idea! The Dots and the shape are both really cute. That's awesome that you are going to Hawaii in two weeks, I usually go to Kona on the big island each year around xmas/ new years as my parents share a condo with my two aunts that live there! Can't wait to see pictures!

  31. This dress is so pretty. You have the most classy timeless style and I'm so jealous. Also I love you in pink!

My sister is gluten free and I love eating with her and being creative and trying gluten free foods (usually better tasting). I never considered it, but then I read this article (http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-505269_162-57505149/modern-wheat-a-perfect-chronic-poison-doctor-says/?tag=cbsnewsSectionContent.8) and I'm terrified of gluten. Good luck on your adventures!
