I had what I would consider a unique weekend. Kevin was out in Vegas for a bachelor party so I was on my own. It's interesting because when he was working his old job he would be gone all the time, sometimes months at a time. I was just used to doing my own thing and counting the days until he came home. Since he's been home (it's been about a year now) we've pretty much spent every weekend together. But it's healthy to spend time apart, I was in Vegas just last month without him. I was just reminded of what my life used to be like being in a long distance relationship.

long distanced relationships sound really rough. My heart goes out to people who have been able to get through relationships like that. I haven't gone one day without seeing my husband since we were in high school when I was 16, so it sounds like a foreign language to think of not seeing him. >.< It is good that you don't have to deal with counting the days before seeing your boyfriend any longer.
