These are the ingredients you will need:
-Extra virgin olive oil
-Red wine vinegar
-Fresh black cracked pepper
-Oregano (fresh or dried)
Okay, so I never actually measure the ingredients but I usually gauge it by using a small tupperware container. I almost always cook for two so I'll only use about one eighth of a cup of olive oil and a splash or two of red wine vinegar. Here is what mine looks like:
I then add the oregano and black pepper. If I had to measure I'd say it would be a fourth of a teaspoon of each. I like to use a lot of pepper because it really adds flavor to the salad.
Then all you need to do is cover it with your tupperware top (make sure it's on tight) and shake it up! You can add it to your salad right away or chill it for a bit if you have time.
I can guarantee you that this dressing is better than anything you have in your fridge right now. If you have any questions or need any ideas for fun salads just let me know :)

I feel the same way about dressing! I love red wine and OO or a little balsamic with OO, garlic, and lemon... it’s just so much fresher, tastier AND healthier than store bought!
