It's a very full, gathered skirt that has a long side zipper and top button closure. You can message Jackie and customize this skirt to your exact waist measurement (like she did for me) or pick from her allocated sizes if that works for you. This skirt also has a pastel colored option, in case you'd like something extra sweet!
