Can I just tell you how much I love this outfit?!  With summer creeping in at any day, having a comfortable pair of shorts (yes, these are shorts!) to pair with a classic top is literally everything.  I want to be comfortable and my outfit needs to be all kinds of functional.  Thanks to Top Vintage, I can get everything I need in one place!

The Vivian shorts are cute, functional, and super easy to wear.  Made from a stretch denim, these shorts feature a wide leg, striking pleats, huge side pockets, two back pockets, and have a side zip with a top button closure.  I love that they look like a cute mini skirt, which makes no sense because I would never wear a skirt this short.  Since they're actually shorts, I feel ridiculously confident in them.  I took a size XS and they are a great fit.  I'm usually a size S in most bottoms, so I'd say they run a little large.  I find the size chart to be very accurate, in case you're curious on what size to take.  I know that they also come in red, which I've decided that I absolutely need as well.  I think I'm going to live in them this summer!

For the first time ever I took outfit photos in my new backyard!  While it's still a work in progress, I'm so happy with the results so far.  We're also installing overhead string lights, a dining area, and a fire pit within the next two weeks.  As soon as it's finished I'll be sure to share some pictures.  I can't wait to have my own little paradise right outside my door!
