Pastel Tulle

Halogen x Atlantic Pacific Tiered Tulle Skirt

Is there anything prettier than a tulle skirt?  I've been wearing tulle for at least as long as I've been posting on this blog and I don't intend to stop... ever!  This tiered tulle skirt is from the Halogen x Atlantic-Pacific collection from Nordstrom and I am completely obsessed!  It's lightweight and a complete showstopper which means it's perfect for a Valentine's Day inspired outfit.

This skirt is fully lined and features three tiers of pink and purple pastel tulle.  It has an elastic waistband so it's super easy to wear and falls at a midi length on my 5'6" frame.  I will say: this skirt definitely runs large!  I'm wearing a small and it barely works with my waist.  I wish it came in an XS for the perfect fit.  I decided to keep it because look at how pretty it is and I can definitely wear it with a belt to cinch in the waist.  This skirt is currently 40% off and comes in sizes S-2X (3X if you consider how large the sizing is).

I paired my skirt with one of my favorite new jackets from Sarsparilly.  The Veronica jacket is made from a soft faux leather and features the cutest heart shaped patches on the elbows!  I'm comfortably wearing an XS because it does run large.  This jacket also comes in blue (which I also have) and has sizing from XS-4X (5X if you consider the larger sizing).

Would you wear this outfit for Valentine's Day?  I could see myself wearing this on a casual date with Kevin or a Galentine's Day brunch with my favorite girls.  Not your favorite Valentine's Day look?  Not to worry, I'll have lots more love-ly outfits posted here before February 14th so stay tuned!

xoxo

Ashley
