Sometimes you can completely change your mood by putting on a specific outfit. When I took these pictures, I had just overcome *that* virus and hadn't felt human in almost two weeks. This gorgeous Vixen by Micheline Pitt dress had arrived when I was sick and I was too weak to even think about trying it on. The minute I was well enough to put this on I felt transformed! It was like the last few weeks were a distant memory.

The Vacation dress is one of my all-time favorite Vixen styles: ethereal puff sleeves, gathered bust with a fitted bodice, swishy skirt with hidden side pockets and a back zip closure. This vintage yellow rose print is from the Cinematic Chic spring line and I absolutely love this color. I wear almost everything in a size small in Vixen and I'm wearing a size small in this dress. I do want to mention that while it fits, it's definitely smaller than the rest of my Vacation dresses in other colors so make sure to keep to your usual size or size up if needed. This dress is available in sizes XS-4X and you can find it in multiple colors and prints on the Vixen website!
Also, happy Halfway to Halloween! I can't wait to pack some snacks in this coffin wicker bag and have a spooky summer picnic with Bianca!
