If you can't tell, I'm already dreaming of cooler autumn evenings and the outfits to match. Just like every year, I am over this heat and I'm anxiously anticipating wearing, decorating, and living that fall-inspired life! The Zelda dress from Vintage Vandalizm is a gorgeous, twirl-worthy new addition to their collection and I am head over heels! The Zelda dress is a 1940's style silhouette and is made from a light chiffon fabric. It's fully lined and features gorgeous bishop sleeves with pearl buttoned cuffs, a deep v-neckline, full knee-length skirt, a matching fabric waist sash, and a back zippered closure. There is also smocking on the back of the bodice so the bust and waist provides a lot of stretch. I'm a pretty straight size small but after talking to Jasmin, the owner/designer, I went with the XS. While I do love the fit, the waist is a little short for my long torso. Thankfully, the waist sash can easily hide that!
The Zelda is available in sizes XS-4X and also comes in a gorgeous pink floral, because this yellow floral is out of stock. It actually sold out in one day!
