Pixie

Kitschy Witch Designs Sleepy Hollow Print Pixie Dress

Is there anything more perfect than a Stephanie Buscema print?  I was obviously psyched when she opened Kitschy Witch Designs and started making textiles from her amazing artwork.  Her Sleepy Hollow print is one of my favorites and I was so excited to try out her new Pixie dress!  Made from a nice stretch cotton in a classic cut, this dress is great for everyday wear (or when you want a subtle spooky twist)!

The Pixie dress is a classic 1950's inspired dress and features a wide boat neckline, short sleeves, pleated a-line skirt, hidden side pockets, and a back zippered closure.  While the cotton is stretchy, the waist on the Pixie is very firm.  I wear an XS in Kitschy Witch skirts and this dress is a small (although I could have sized up to a medium for taco room).  I love this dress so much and the print is definitely the star!  Not into Sleepy Hollow for some reason?  The Pixie dress is also offered in her Magic Show print!  You can find Stephanie's wonderful dresses and skirts in sizes XS-3X and she offers matching accessories, jewelry, and more on her website!

I paired the Pixie dress in my newest Charlie Stone shoes and (as usual) I am in love!  As someone who doesn't really wear heels anymore, I love that Charlie Stone offers vintage-inspired shoes without the uncomfortable heel.  These are the Roma in Black Croc and they're super comfortable and vegan.  I ordered my usual size 40 and they're the perfect fit!  They're definitely my new go-to black shoes.

Is it wrong that I'm already counting down the days until Halloween?  I just want to wear all the spooky things without getting the weird looks.  You know, because I wear them year round and apparently that's considered odd.  Let's just skip summer and go right to Halloween!  Who's with me?!

xoxo
