Pretty in Pink

Necklace- Forever 21

I have to admit, the weather has been in the high 90's and this dress is pretty solid, but I couldn't help but wear it for a nice birthday dinner.  We decided to take my boyfriend's mom to a favorite restaurant of ours in Silverlake.  It has some personal sentiment to us because we had one of our first dates there.  It's a beautiful outdoor restaurant with trees covering the patio and candlelit tables.  And of course the food is amazing!

I have a lot of things to look forward to this month.  My brother moving in across the street, a weekend getaway, and I get to see Fiona Apple live at the end of the month.  I am so excited!  I have been such a big fan since I was 13 (that was a long time ago) and this will be my first time going to her concert.

Have any big plans for the summer?

    aw this dress IS so very pretty- I'm always so pleasantly surprised when it's f21. My closet would be so naked without them haha. And that restaurant sounds dreamyyy, what a perfect first date location. I can just imagine the candles and the tress- it's enough to make you sigh :)

    omg GORGEOUS!! perfection!! and yes we all wear unreasonable outfits sometimes because they are just SO FREAKING CUTE! i LOVE the suede tan pumps. like REALLY LOVE! have you ever heard of gianni bini? do they have dillards by you? you must try them, SO COMFY!! they have a pair similar that are on my wish list :)

    This dress is gorgeous! It fits you incredibly well. The shade is perfect on you and omigod, FIONA?! She just played here, but nobody would go with me and it was almost $70 and outdoors in 100 degree heat. So, I didn't go and I'm pretty sad because her set list was insanely perfect. I can't wait for you to go and talk all about it.

      Ummmm who wouldn't want to go with your to Fiona?! That is craziness! I would endure most horrible things to see her, but luckily, I'm seeing her at night and indoors. I think I'll be talking about this show for a loooong time :)
