Fat Tuesday is tomorrow so I felt like I needed an outfit to celebrate! I've only been to New Orleans during Halloween (which was crazy fun), but I really love how the whole city comes together this time of year. I can't think of anything else quite like that here in Los Angeles, so I'm just going to live vicariously through my Louisiana friends and sport this super cute Trashy Diva number.

Yesterday may have been Super Bowl Sunday, but it was lady brunch time in my book! I met up with Mary-Catherine from Monster Stewart and a bunch of other ladies for some much needed girl time. We rarely get the opportunity to come together all at once, so it was quite a treat! Sometimes I get so wrapped up in my own life that I forget to stop and appreciate the wonderful people I have around me. As much as I love my "lone wolf" lifestyle, feeling the positive energy of others actually makes me feel new and ready for the long week ahead. I know I can't be the only one!

I don't know why I didn't realize you had this print! I've never really liked it before now... of course, you've made me like it! We WILL be going to NOLA in the summertime (and I'm sure it'll be really hot buuuut whatever) so we can celebrate Fat Tuesday then by eating ALL the food. <3
