Can you believe it's already August? It feels like 2018 is rushing past me without even realizing it! As one of the hottest months in the year, my outfit requirements are simple: light, comfortable, and cute! The Summer Belle is made from 100% cotton and features a gathered elasticized scoop neckline, ribbon sash straps with a long bow detail on the back, full gathered skirt with exposed pockets, and a back zippered closure. Because Miss Fortune dresses are made to order, you can request minor tweaks like a custom skirt length. I'm wearing a size small and it's such a great fit! In case chevrons aren't your thing, the Summer Belle also comes in two other prints. Laura, the woman behind the brand, is so lovely to work with. If you ever have any questions about her garments or want to do some kind of customization, she's always there with a speedy response. Gah, this dress has won my heart. I have never ordered from her but it's good to know about the customizing sizes as I think I am in-between two sizes! That always makes me nervous so I think I'll shoot her a note!
