Objects of Desire

I know I've mentioned it in the last few posts but I'll say it again: It's going to get pretty spooky here in the next six weeks!  Halloween is one of my family's favorite holidays and I get inspired to wear that excitement from late August until early November.  Luckily, finding Halloween-inspired clothing gets easier every year.  Folter Clothing has been making spooky collections year-round for ages and I'm really impressed with their 2017 collection.  This Objects of Desire skirt is proof!

Made right here in the USA, this 100% cotton skirt features a wide waistband, full pleated skirt, hidden side pockets, and a back zippered closure.  I love the subtly creepy vintage print that doesn't scream Halloween until you're up close.  This is a longer length than most of Folter's skirts and it's definitely a welcomed change!  I'm a true to size small in Folter/Retrolicious clothing and I'm comfortably wearing a size small in this skirt.  If you haven't peeked already, you can check out their entire spooky collection HERE!

Considering how busy this week has been, I'm planning on laying low this weekend.  I'm definitely guilty of trying to jam-pack too many fun activities on weekdays, which leaves me exhausted by Friday.  I would say I'm going to sleep it off, but my five 7am alarm clocks (aka dogs) will never let that happen.  I think I'm going to settle for makeup-free pajama days instead!
