Life is way too short so you should wear what you want! I topped this 50's style skirt from Bernie Dexter with a full on 60's style bell sleeved crop top. And you know what? I couldn't be happier with the result. I actually own the matching top to this skirt, but it's just not warm enough to wear it yet. This outfit is perfect for my everyday life, which in this case included a trip to the park, the grocery store, and a homemade pizza lunch with Bianca.

This week has been kind of hectic so far. With home renovations, a new job schedule, and some continued health issues, I feel like I've barely had time to myself! I'm a creature of habit and I hate when my day to day schedule changes. I'm getting through it, but I'd ideally like to get some routine back into my life. Tell me I'm not the only crazy one!

Hope you settle into the new schedule soon! It's so disconcerting when your house isn't fully usable or your schedule changes, and to have both at once must not be fun!
ReplyDeleteI adore how you styled this skirt! It's one of my absolute favorite skirts, and after seeing how great it looks with your hair, I'm inspired to try it with more colors, too! I've contemplated buying the crop top, since it looks so cute on everyone who has it, but I'm not sure I'd ever feel comfortable wearing it.
