I'm hoping everyone had a fabulous long weekend! While I had to work a few days, I was able to have a date night with Kevin and a full day of family fun yesterday. The weather is finally starting to warm up a bit so we enjoyed some time outside. Bianca is a little explorer so I burned off some calories running after her! Much like her momma, she's an independent soul and doesn't like being told what to do. I can already tell I'll have my work cut out for me when she's a teenager...

I bought the red version of this dress last summer at my very first yard sale. At the time, I was probably 25-30 pounds heavier and a much larger size. While I had to get rid of it, I always wanted to replace it. I found this version in my size at a yard sale event we had in store a few months ago. I guess some things are meant to be! I actually prefer the black version, mostly because I could use some more black pieces in my closet. While this print is no longer available on the website, there are lots of fun prints and colors to choose from.
I also have to talk about these amazing shoes. Amanda over at Junebugs and Georgia Peaches raved about them so I had to get a pair of my own. I love them so much! They're incredibly comfortable and work so well with all my skirts and dresses. I'm considering getting them in every color way possible, but I'm trying my best to be good. Here's to hoping I can resist!
